Today Bernie gave a tour to a group of grade 6 students from Admiral Westphalelementary school.
Like all his tours, he mixed canal history and the parks natural history into a fun presentations. Hands on learning is encouraged in both aspects of the tour with our Lock Display in the Fairbanks Centre and in identifying common trees on the walk through Shubie Park.
